Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel, Stockholm, Stockholm

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, being steps away from the central station, metro, and Arlanda express, but there were some communication issues between staff and guests. The rooms were of a fair size and adequately maintained, but not entirely spotless as I found marks on the wall and the bathroom door handle fell off during my stay. The service was a bit of a hit or miss; while some staff members were prompt and helpful, others seemed distracted and unfriendly. The dining experience was mediocre with crowded breakfast areas and average food quality. The hotel has its charms, but there are areas that could use improvement.

The hotel had a dark room with a lack of shelf space and no safe, but the bed was super comfy and the sound isolation was great. The bathroom was nice.
